Breckland Council needed a suite of planning reports covering urban delivery strategies for five towns, along with a consolidated overview for public and government stakeholders. I developed the creative direction and visual framework for the six-document set, establishing a consistent system that could support the full report suite.

With inconsistent and low-resolution site photography, the design approach relied on custom town illustrations, a colour-coded navigation system, and a clear layout framework to create a unified and professional direction. The work established the foundation for a cohesive group of reports designed to organize complex information in a more readable and polished way.
