Sound Transit needed a comprehensive report on the development of surplus lands around a new underground light rail station. The document combined financial, social, and environmental information, so the design needed to present the material in a way that felt clear and organized.

The final report uses a colour-coded system, custom infographics, and a strong layout structure to help guide readers through layered information. The result is a polished public-facing document that makes a complex subject easier to understand.
