The Scarborough Subway Extension is one of the largest transit infrastructure projects in Ontario. As lead designer within the KSX consortium, I was responsible for the full graphic scope of the proposal, producing more than 450 individual graphics over six months while coordinating with engineers, project managers, and business development leads across multiple firms.

The work focused on keeping a large, complex submission organized, consistent, and visually clear. The final proposal materials supported the technical content with a structured layout system, custom graphics, and a cohesive visual approach across the full document set.
